DMCA Takedown and Counter-Notice Rules If a valid DMCA takedown request is received, we will remove the infringing content in line with copyright law. To ensure fairness, we may provide the complainant's contact information to the alleged infringer. If your content has been wrongfully removed, you are allowed to submit a counter-notice. The counter-notice should contain: A clear identification of the removed content and its previous location Your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address A sworn statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe the content was mistakenly removed A declaration consenting to legal action and accepting service of legal documents Your signature (physical or electronic) After receiving a valid counter-notice, we may reinstate the content unless the original complainant takes legal action.
